Maintenance and Replacement
The shoes are primarily made from leather. After wearing them in rainy weather, please dry them thoroughly to enhance durability.
If the shoe size is not suitable, we only provide a one-time size exchange service.
If you wish to exchange the goods, please ensure they are kept clean (please try them indoors; scratched soles cannot be returned or exchanged) and return them together with the shoebox, dust bag, and original packaging.

Hi Jo N, thank you for reaching out and for your recent wear of our handcrafted leather shoes. We're sorry to hear about the creasing you've noticed after the first use. This is a natural sign that the premium leather is breaking in and conforming to your foot (common in all genuine leather footwear).
To help minimize creases going forward, insert a well-fitting cedar shoe tree immediately after each wear to absorb moisture and maintain shape.
