Refund policy

At Leather Lab, every pair is crafted from premium leather and carefully inspected before dispatch. To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including where the style, colour, or fit is no longer preferred.

If the size does not fit, we are pleased to offer one complimentary size exchange per eligible pair, subject to the conditions.
