【Membership Tiers】
- Leather Lab membership was launched in early Jun 2024.
- The loyalty program is comprised of 4 different membership tiers: BLACK (VVIP), GOLD (VIP), SILVER and COPPER, each tier has different entry requirement.
- When you register for the first time, you will be automatically become COPPER member and enjoy a lifetime membership.
- All other membership tiers (apart from Copper) have a validity period of 12 months, effective from the date of tier upgrade.
【Membership Requirement】
- Membership tier will calculate according to actual accumulated spending amount, when you accumulate spending up to:
HK$2,800 to become SILVER member, and spend HK$1,800 yearly to maintain as a SILVER member;
HK$5,800 to become GOLD (VIP) member, and spend HK$2,800 yearly to maintain as a GOLD member;
HK$8,800 or above to become BLACK (VVIP) member, and spend HK$4,800 yearly to maintain as a BLACK member.
- Accumulated spending applies to purchase on footwear, leather care products, socks and accessories. Footwear repairs service does not count as accumulated spending.
- Accumulated spending applies to purchase from online and retail store. Purchase from sample sales or distributors do not count as accumulated spending.
- If the accumulated spending amount does not meet the tier maintenance requirement within 12 months validity period, the membership will be downgraded to the corresponding level in the following year.
【Membership Privilege】
Members can enjoy different benefits below:
- Year-round discount: all year 365 days membership discount
- Welcome reward: upon successful account registration or activation, you will receive a 10% off discount welcome coupon.
- Birthday reward : member will receive a birthday coupon on birthday month.
- Product review: member will receive a HKD$50 discount coupon after submitting product review.
【About Birthday Reward】
- All member will receive a birthday coupon on the 1st day of their birth month, which can be used in online store and retail store.
- The validity period of the birthday coupon is 30 days.
- Member is required to input their birth month upon online membership registration, changes on birth month is prohibited after submission.
- If customer did not register birth month, you can login to your account and fill in birth month.
【Membership Q&A】
Membership Benefit
For year-round discount, it will apply automatically at checkout page.
For discount coupons, you can directly click 'Apply' on the coupon in the reward page after adding items to cart, or input the discount code in the checkout page.
Only one discount can be used for each order, whichever the discount is higher (except for designated discount), for details you can refer to terms and conditions in each coupon.
In general, the validity period of all coupons is 30 days, member is responsible to read the terms and conditions in each coupon, expired coupons will not be reissued.
No, after payment checkout and order confirmation, you will not be able to apply the coupons or discount codes.
All coupons are not transferrable.
Membership Account
You can register as Leather Lab member via online store or in person in store (eligible for person aged 18 year old or above) , you will receive an one-time SMS code to verify your phone number. After successful verification, you can immediately start earning spending dollars and enjoy all member benefits.
Click 'Join Us' at the bottom of the website or the icon at the top right of the website, after login you will be able to check accumulated spending and tier information.
The spending dollars will reflect in the member's account 24 hours after order fulfilment.
A message will be prompted to input your birth month if it is not registered in the system.
If you wish to check whether birth month has been registered, you may contact Whatsapp +852 97170022 Leather Lab customer service to confirm and assist to fill in your birth month.
If the request date is still within the birth month, the system will reissue birthday coupon the next day after birth month is filled in, we will not reissue if it is outside of your birth month.
Membership Tier
The validity period for spending dollar is 12 months, the balance will be recalculated to 0 in the new period.
Members are required to accumulate their spending to a certain maintanence amount within 12 months to maintain their current membership tier
Accumulate spending up to HK$1,800 to maintain SILVER tier;
Accumulate spending up to HK$2,800 to maintain GOLD tier;
Accumulate spending up to HK$4,800 to maintain BLACK tier
If member cannot fulfil the required accumulated maintanence spending amount as stated above within 12 months, your membership tier will be downgraded to the corresponding tier in the next period.
