【Membership Tiers】
- The loyalty program was launched in early Jun 2024.
- The loyalty program is comprised of 4 different membership tiers: BLACK (VIP), GOLD (VIP), SILVER and COPPER, each tier has different entry requirement.
- When you register for the first time, you will be automatically become COPPER member and enjoy a lifetime membership.
- All other membership tiers have a validity period of 12 months, effective from the date of tier upgrade.
【Membership Requirement】
Member can check their tier information and accumulated spending amount in their membership account.
- Membership tier will calculate according to actual accumulated spending amount, when you accumulate spending up to:
HK$2,800 to become Silver member, and HK$1,800 to maintain as a SILVER member;
HK$5,800 to become GOLD (VIP) member, and HK$2,800 to maintain as a GOLD member;
HK$8,800 or above to become BLACK (VVIP) member, and HK$4,800 to maintain as a BLACK member.
- Accumulated spending applies to purchase on footwear, leather care, socks and accessories, but does not apply to footwear repairs.
- If the accumulated spending amount does not meet the tier maintenance requirement within 12 months validity period, the membership will be adjusted to the corresponding level in the following year.

- Welcome reward: upon successful account registration or activation, you will receive a 10% off discount welcome coupon.
- Tier upgrade reward (to be announced).
- Birthday reward : will receive a birthday coupon on birthday month.
- Product review: will receive a HKD$20 discount coupon after submitting product review.
【About Birthday Reward】
- All member will receive a birthday coupon on the 1st day of their birth month, which can be used in online store and retail store.
- The validity period of the birthday coupon is 30 days.
- Member is required to input their birth month upon online membership registration, changes on birth month is prohibited after submission.

If the request date is still within the birth month, the system will reissue birthday coupon the next day after birth month is filled in, we will not reissue if it is outside of birth month.
Only one discount can be used for each order, whichever the discount is higher (except for designated discount), for details you can refer to terms and conditions in each coupon.
In general, all coupons validity period is 30 days, member is responsible to read the terms and conditions in each coupon, expired coupons will not be reissued.

Membership account
You can register as Leather Lab member via online store or in person at boutique (eligible for person aged 18 year old or above) , you will receive an one-time SMS code to verify your phone number. After successful verification, you can immediately start earning spending dollars and enjoy all member benefits.
After login, click 'Join Us' at the bottom of the website or the icon at the top right of the website, it will display accumulated spending and tier information.
The spending dollars will reflect in the member's account 24 hours after order fulfilment.
Membership tier
The validity period for spending dollar is 12 months, the balance will be recalculated to 0 in the new period.
Members are required to accumulate their spending to a certain maintanence amount within 12 months to maintain their current membership tier

【Terms and Conditions】
- Leather Lab Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the structure of this program and/or any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Leather Lab Limited shall be final.
- Shall we discover any misuse or illegal use of membership account, Leather Lab has the right to terminate and blacklist the membership account.
【Old membership program arrangement】
- The old membership program is terminated on 11:59pm 30th May, 2024, all membership accounts from the old program will be migrated to the new Leather Lab Loyalty Program, they will be able to enjoy all the new membership benefits, and upgrade or maintain tier according to new program policy.
- Members from old membership program will be assigned to different tiers in new membership program using system algorithm.
- All VIP members from old membership program will be migrated to GOLD and BLACK members.
- All non-VIP members from old membership program will be migrated to COPPER members.
Old program arrangement
With effective from Jun 2024, the new Leather Lab Loyalty Program will use accumulate spending amount as the calculation basis, replacing the points system in the old membership program.
