Delivery Time

All pre-ordered items are handmade, with a production time of 14-21 business days (excluding Sat, Sun, and public holidays). Shipments will be arranged upon arrival to warehouse.

SIZE EXCHANGE

All purchase items comes with a one-time size exchange service, within 14 days counting from day of receipt. No refunds are available.
