Shoe Care Service

1. Repair services are only available locally in Hong Kong, we do not offer repair services for oversea countries.
2. Our maintenance and repair service is applicable only to products purchased from the Leather Lab official website or our retail stores. It does not apply to products from distributors or Sample Sales.
   * For shoes purchased during Sample Sales, an additional HK$100 repair fee will apply.
3. All shoe products come with a 30-day warranty period starting from the date of receipt. Customers must provide the physical product or photos for verification during this period.
4. We offer a paid repair service for products that exceed the warranty period. Please refer to the price list below for reference.
5. Upon receiving photos or physical items, we will assess the damage. Products damaged due to manufacturing defects will be eligible for free repair services.
6. All shoes are handcrafted, leading to variations in cutting positions and weaving textures. These differences do not indicate damage during manufacturing. We recommend visiting our store for direct purchases if you have concerns.
7. Other damages not covered under free maintenance and repair services will be assessed for charges. These include:

• Environmental factors: prolonged exposure causing fading, dampness leading to mold, water stains from rain or immersion, and traces of mud
• Natural wear and tear: deformation / sole abrasion
• Human negligence: use of any chemical substances / detergent containing solvents
• Accidental marks

How to submit your shoes for repair:

1. Customers can bring their shoes directly to our stores for assessment of defects or damage. We will do our best to provide a repair quotation. If customers decide to proceed with the repair, payment will be required upfront before we arrange the repair.
   
2. Customers are encouraged to fill out the repair form before bringing their shoes to the store. Please describe the damage or defect in as much detail as possible and provide photos of the affected areas from different angles to help us assess the condition and provide an accurate repair quotation.

* The time of repair may vary depending on the level of damage, generally the repair time will be within 1 month.
 * In the event of any disputes regarding repair, Leather Lab reserves the right of final decision.
