Leather Lab is a local designer brand specializing in women's leather shoes. Our products can be purchased via online store and retail stores.
Our shoes are crafted by a local designer from Hong Kong and experienced shoe masters at our own factory. We carefully choose top-quality leather and materials to ensure the most durable and comfortable footwear for our customers.
Placing orders
All products online are made-to-order after confirmation, no stock is kept in our warehouse.
We currently do not offer phone order service, however you have the options to purchase from our website or visit our retail stores.
Yes, you need to create an account for all order placements, you can enjoy variety of member exclusive benefits and discount offers, you will also be opt-in for order and delivery notification. For details on the loyalty program, you can refer to this link.
'Out of Stock' indicates no stock in retail store, however stock will be replenished or customer can request for pre-order. 'Not Available' indicates the product is not available for sale in retail store.
Yes, but since inventory is continuously flowing, we suggest customers to contact our store staffs before heading to the store for purchasing.
Checkout & Payment
We offer free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan with any footwear purchases, and free shipping to Singapore, Korea, Japan and other Asian countries with purchases over HKD1,500. For details on shipping cost, you can refer to this link.
We accept Visa Card, Master Card, UnionPay, American Express, Google Pay, Alipay, Tap & GO, Wechat Pay and PayMe.
You will receive an automated order confirmation email if the order has been placed successfully.
Order Delivery
We only provide standard delivery. If you have special delivery request, please indicate the remark in the shopping cart page or contact our customer service. We will do our best effort to accommodate them.

We strive to deliver to every location worldwide. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your area, please contact our customer service to confirm before placing your order.
All online products are made to order and typically require 14-21 business days for production and delivery. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs and transportation issues, especially during peak seasons and promotion period. We use SF Express for all delivery to Hong Kong / Macau / China, and HK Post Office for other overseas countries.

Yes, you can change the delivery address if the order has not yet been shipped, address changes are not allowed after shipment. You can contact our customer service or email to info@leatherlabshoes.com to request modifying the delivery address.
Return & Exchange
We will offer exchange if the product you received has defect or has been damaged during the course of delivery.
We will offer one-time exchange service if you found that you have purchased the wrong size.
No, we do not offer refund or exchange for different colour or model based on personal preference.
If you wish to exchange the product, you can submit the Exchange Form here or fill out the Exchange Form which comes with the shoebox, our customer service will contact you throughout the exchange process.
No, product purchased from Sample Sales are not eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:
- In its original packaging
- In a resalable condition
- No signs of use, wear and tear, or intentional damage
You can either bring the product to any of our retail store, or arrange to ship the product to the below address using SF express:

Please ensure you have the purchase receipt include in the packaging.
If you notify us after 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.
Loyalty program

Our loyalty program is split into different tiers:
- Copper
- Silver
- Gold (VIP)
- Black (VVIP)
We offer year-round discounts and benefits for different membership tiers.
You can earn points from purchasing from our online or retail stores. The points can be accumulated to use for upgrading to different tiers.
The spending points will be credited to your account within 24 hours after your order is fulfilled and shipped (not after payment complete).
For Copper tier, you will enjoy a lifetime membership.
For other membership tiers, the validity period is 12 months, effective from the date of tier upgrade.
Membership tier will calculate according to actual accumulated spending amount, when you accumulate spending up to:
- HK$2,800 to become Silver member, and HK$1,800 to maintain as a SILVER member;
- HK$5,800 to become GOLD (VIP) member, and HK$2,800 to maintain as a GOLD member;
- HK$8,800 or above to become BLACK (VVIP) member, and HK$4,800 to maintain as a BLACK member
If the accumulated spending amount does not meet the tier maintenance requirement within 12 months validity period, the membership will be adjusted to the corresponding level in the following year.
All members will receive a birthday coupon on the 1st day of their birth month, which can be used in online store and retail store.
