Warranty Service

1. All Leather Lab shoes purchased through our official website or retail stores include with a 90-day warranty period from the date of receipt. Customers must provide the physical product or photos and purchase receipt for verification during this period.
2. Our warranty service does not apply to products purchased from distributors or Sample Sales.
3. Repair service for items outside 90-day warranty period is not available.
4. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within this period, Leather Lab will repair the product free of charge or, where repair is not appropriate, provide a replacement of the same style and size subject to availability.
5. To make a claim, please submit request form within 90 days of receipt with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
6. All shoes are handcrafted, leading to variation in cutting positions and weaving textures. These differences do not indicate damage during manufacturing. We recommend visiting our store for direct purchases if you have concerns.
7. Warranty service does not include the following:
   - Environmental factors: prolonged exposure causing fading, dampness leading to mold, water stains from rain or immersion, and traces of mud
   - Natural wear and tear: deformation / sole abrasion
   - Human negligence: use of any chemical substances / detergent containing solvents
   - Accidental mark
   

How to submit service request:

Customers are strongly encouraged to fill out the request form . Please describe the damage or defect as much detail as possible and provide photos of the affected areas from different angles to help us assess the condition.
Once we confirm the damage or defect is repairable, we will communicate with you through email for the service arrangement.

* The time of repair may vary depending on the level of damage, the repair time is approximately 1 month in general.
* In the event of any dispute regarding repair, Leather Lab reserves the right of final decision.
